Vice President, Insurance and Human Resource Solutions Services

Kevin Hill joined Paychex in April 2008 and took on the role of vice president of insurance sales and operations in 2010. He was named vice president of insurance and human resource solutions services in October 2011. Hill also serves as president of Paychex Insurance Agency, Inc., and has executive leadership responsibility for BeneTrac. In July 2011, he also took on leadership of PEO operations and the HR Solutions service organization. Hill is responsible for leadership of all aspects of the insurance agency, including strategy, sales, service and retention of clients, and carrier relationships and negotiations.

Prior to joining Paychex, Hill was president and chief operating officer of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. A native of the Detroit area, Hill received his Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University in Detroit.
