Robert Wray

Robert Wray is vice president of major market sales at Paychex. Driven to help clients succeed with human capital management, Wray leverages his business process background to lead sales teams that deliver integrated enterprise solutions. He thrives on creating a work environment that encourages employees to perform above and beyond traditional expectations.

Wray joined Paychex in 2012 as director of business development in the sales organization. He started the division without a team in place, developing processes, strategies, and business plans that today contribute more than $100M in revenue for the company. Prior to joining Paychex, Wray was with Ricoh/IKON Office Solutions, Inc., where he held numerous sales leadership roles. As an area vice president, he was responsible for more than 800 employees in the small business, major, and global markets.

Wray attended SUNY College at Buffalo, NY.
